Port Douglas Waterfront Survey

Douglas Shire Council is in the process of developing a draft Strategic Plan to guide the future of the waterfront at Port Douglas. In May 2006, Council undertook a short survey to help identify some of the aspirations local residents and visitors hold for the future of the Port Douglas Waterfront. This report presents the findings of that survey.

Citisolutions analysed all survey forms and Elton Consulting provided some assistance in preparing this report for public release.

The results of the survey will be used by Council to inform the development of a draft Strategic Plan and have been provided to the Coordinator General's department as the Due Diligence Report is being prepared.
