Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000
The following forms relate to the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act which is operational from 1 July 2001, the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Amendment Act 2001, operational from 29 October 2001 and the Miscellaneous Provisions Bill, operational from 31 May 2002.
The approved forms are to be used for licensing and regulating Real Estate Agents, Restricted Letting Agents, Pastoral Houses, Auctioneers, Property Developers, Motor Dealers and Commercial Agents dealing with consumers.

| Form 22a - Appointment of Real Estate Agent |
This Appointment form is to be used to appoint a Real Estate Agent to perform a service for a client on real estate transactions, such as selling property, letting or leasing property. |

This form will allow real estate agents, pastoral houses or auctioneers to renew their agency appointment (where there is no changes to the terms of the appointment, other than the expiry date of the agreement) on a simple, one page form. |
