Abolition of Sustainability Declarations now in effect.

On Wednesday 27 June, the Treasury (Cost of Living) and Other Legislation Amendment Act received royal assent.

As a result, from Wednesday 27 June, there is no longer a requirement for Sellers or their Selling Agent to provide a Sustainability Declaration when selling a Property.

The changes regarding Transfer Duty  will commence on Sunday 1 July 2012.
